The "Why" (The Heart of the Project)
We realized that while many programs exist, there was a gap in accessible, sensory-friendly arts and respite for families. Our mission is to fill that gap with adaptive dance, storytelling, and creative play creating a 'yes' environment where physical and sensory differences are never barriers, but blueprints for a new way to move."
Core Values for Soulfee Project
Radical Inclusion
We believe every child belongs. Our programs are designed from the ground up to ensure that no one is left on the sidelines, regardless of physical or cognitive ability.
Safety & Trust
Your child’s well-being is our priority. We maintain high volunteer-to-child ratios and ensure every team member is fully background-checked and mission-aligned
Creative Empowerment
We use the arts as a tool for growth. Whether through dance or sensory play, we focus on building confidence and self-expression in a low-pressure environment.
Community Support
We are more than a program; we are a resource. We provide a space for families to find respite, connection, and a supportive network in the PNW region
Our team
The Soulfee Project team is composed of professional arts instructors and compassionate mentors trained in adaptive care. We are dedicated to creating a 'yes' environment where every child’s unique voice is celebrated.

Hellen Businge
CEO/Founder
Driven by the belief that the arts should be a universal language, Hellen Businge founded Soulfee Project to bridge the gap in accessible programming for the Pacific Northwest community. After recognizing that standard creative spaces often overlooked the unique sensory and physical needs of many children, Hellen envisioned a 'yes' environment where those differences become the blueprint for innovation. As CEO, she leads with a commitment to radical inclusion, ensuring that every child has the stage, the support, and the community they need to thrive.

Who We Are
Based in the Pacific Northwest, we are a community-driven initiative dedicated to the belief that every child regardless of their physical or cognitive journey deserves a stage where they are celebrated.
By blending adaptive movement with a deep understanding of sensory needs, we provide a safe, high-energy "yes" environment where children discover their rhythm and families find a supportive community.
While we are currently operating as a community-based service, we are actively pursuing our formal nonprofit status to expand our reach and impact . Making the arts accessible for every ability remains our primary driving force. Join us as we build a more inclusive future, one movement at a time.
